With more than 30 years of extensive experience in the international luxury hospitality industry, Jason Ma is a seasoned hotel professional with deep expertise in the China market and a global perspective. He has built a distinguished career across sales & marketing, operations, and general management, holding key positions with world- class brands including Shangri-La, Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, InterContinental, Conrad, Four Seasons and Grand Hyatt in major cities such as Beijing, Shenzhen, Dalian, Tianjin, Hangzhou and Xi’an. Since assuming the role of General Manager in 2022, Jason has demonstrated exceptional strategic vision, keen business acumen, and outstanding team leadership, successfully leading the team to achieve sustained breakthroughs in operational performance and steady enhancement of brand reputation. His ability to drive results and persevere through challenging business conditions, together with his comprehensive management capabilities, has earned high recognition from both the owner and the Hotel Management Group.
